I know that when I got pregnant with Kendall, some of you discussed

doing IE and being pregnant. I'd love to hear how you guys are doing

or did after the baby was born.

I've been trying to honor my body cues and it's funny I kept getting

the cue that I needed to go take a run. So I went for a *short*

run/walk this morning. Took the dog and it felt good.

I do find that with the stress level of 2 babies and the chaos, I'm

eating erratically and when I look at my body, I hear the weight

police knock at the door (I haven't let them in! but they're there).

So any thoughts help. I think I need to go ahead and re-read the book

to refresh.

Vivian,

I was thinking maybe I missed your " announcement " about the little one

being born, but I went back through the messages, and can't find any --

so CONGRATULATIONS! Can we have details? (weight, birthday, etc?)

Please? ;-P

And, yeah -- I recommend reading through the book again (if you can

find time - <grin>) and refreshing your mind about it. That's a great

idea... that always seems to help me get going again when I'm stuck in

a rut. ;o)

Awww, I just love her name! :D Congratulations! 7lbs 4oz is a good

size (mine were 7-9 and 7-2, respectively). ;o)

Best advice? Don't stress about it. Just give yourself the time and

patience that you need. You have a LOT going on right now (with a

new baby, there's ALWAYS a lot going on!), so just ease back into

things. Read when you can, and know that you'll get there. ;o)

Thanks for the stats. I love new babies. ;o)

> Kendall Reese was born April 15th (tax day!) at 9:47 am. She

weighed 7 lbs 4 oz and was 20 inches long.

>And now I'm getting back in tune with my body and IE.

> AHAH, I did go back and read (good) and then I fell asleep b/c it

was a moment of peace in the house (bad) LOL!
