Even if its tiny.My cousin became hypoglycemic which the doctor said is a precursor to diabetes. She has to eat small meals and include a lean source of protein to keep her sugar levels balanced. Ironically my nutrionist asked me to do the same thing. I dont have the blood work but I do know what happens when I wait too long (I chose foods high in sugar and fat...its a pattern) and then I eat something thats balanced. Often the rush of sugar makes me sick initially and now that I have removed the "power struggle" around food I am open to experiencing it.>> > In response to your suggestion about following IE and not feeling like you HAVE to eat every 3 hours - I agree with you. Except in a case like myself - I MUST eat every 3 hours to keep my blood levels stabilized (similar to the diabetics out there). If not, it could lead to a serious health crisis. Plenty of times, I have found myself passed out in public places. Remember to be aware of your body and its needs.> > > Emma Don't pick lemons. See all the new 2007 cars at Yahoo! Autos.
