hello gang,

Quick question for those of you that have been doing this for awhile....

Did you find that you were wanting (when hungry) and then eating a LOT

of sweety/fatty foods in the beginning??? The book I'm using right now

(Weigh Down)does say WHEN the hunger strikes, ask yourself what you

want, what sounds good... Then, eat that food(s) until you're full.

Simple.

It did reassure me that in the beginning, I might be craving a lot of

those fatty/sweet foods because I'd been deprived for so long from them

and because I'd considered them " bad foods " for so long (which I'm

learning not to do anymore).

Did you, too, want and eat these kinds of foods early on and then did

you definetly start craving different (and more healthy) varieties of

foods?

I know I'm still doing okay, though, because even if I'm eating

sweet/fat foods right now a lot, I AM stopping when I'm full --

therefore, not overdoing it or bingeing or overeating. Still feeling

successful and satisfied....
