Guest guest
Here is a fun recipe that I recently was given -- 5 Minute Chocolate Mug Cake 4 tablespoons flour 4 tablespoons sugar 2 tablespoons cocoa 1 egg 3 tablespoons milk 3 tablespoons oil 3 tablespoons chocolate chips (optional) 1 small dash vanilla 1 large coffee mug (microwave safe) Add dry ingredients to mug and mix well. Add egg and mix thoroughly. Pour in milk and oil and mix well. Add chocolate chips if using, and vanilla, stir in. Put the mug in the microwave and cook 3 minutes at 1000 watts. The cake will rise over the top of the mug, but don't worry it doesn't spill over. Allow to cool a little and tip out on to a plate. This is a fun thing to do and it creates enough cake for one or two depending on the appetite. The texture is coarse and you will want to eat it right away, otherwise it becomes very tough. Not the greatest cake in the world but something different. Save the earth -- it is the only planet with chocolate
