CHERYL!!!!!!

I've missed you all like the dickens too. Family doing good - sort

of. Many crises with my son this past semester - he ended up with a

41/100 for English this term - and he was getting quite the

attitude to go with it. Fortunately we seem to have turned a corner

and things are settling down.

The fish are doing well - totally rearranged the tanks because our

big Earth Eater had turned into a grouch and we were trying to find

some companions for him that he wouldn't spend all day chasing. I

now have 4 clown loaches that are just about the most entertaining

things around. And I have guppy babies!!! And more guppy babies!

And last night I thought I saw an even younger batch of guppy

babies... yikes! We have a bunch of water lettuce floating on the

top of the tank with the roots coming down and as you look in you

don't see all the babies at first and then if you change your focus

you start to see them all like a swarm of mosquitos - I think soon

the males and females will have to be separated or we'll be standing

on the street corner trying to convince strangers to take home a

guppy!

I have missed you all terribly. I'm glad I shut down email because

between problems at home and the heavy workload at school, I needed

to spend all my time more productively. But in doing so, I gained

the time and lost my friends and support. I am nowheres near as

strong by myself as I am when I have you all behind me. It's so good

to be home.
