Guest guest
, I wonder with this information now that you have, you can probably have a good legal case. You say they told you that it was womb lining that had broken down and this they found out prior to your D & C because you were scanned. therefore before they did the ERPC they "thought" you had retained placenta so they did an ERPC. Misdiagnosis? If they made a mistake and did the ERPC when you didn't need one, surely you have a case? Your hysteroscopy showed very little viable endometruim with extensive scarring. You therefore have real damages don't you. Anyone else??? I would certainly keep quiet about this discovery for the time being . Don't let your doctors even know that you have this thought. They may give you some other information and you can gather it all up. Start saving all this paper work, the emails that your doctor is sending you with this information and if you get them to play your game, they may give you more information that you need.
