Guest guest
I do have PMS and it starts about a week before when I start craving Chocolate or anything sweet. I take Aleeve for the severe Cramps and nausea that I get it is the only thing that helps me at all. I do have a hard time eating when I am hungry until the nausea goes away so I tend to wait until I am more hungry then usual but I am trying to stop when satisfied. EvaSee what's free at AOL.com. Guest guest
Does anyone else hear get severe pms? Mine starts about 2 weeks before, and it seems to be getting worse as I get older. I was just wondering if anyone else here has experienced that and what you do about it. Thanks!
Guest guest
Hey, I did have severe PMS and my doctor has me taking Ultram for it, as well as taking up to 9 vitamins a day (notably calcium & magnesium which my doctor also has me on). But visit your OB GYN and hear what he/she has to say about it. They also found 5 small uterine fibroids in my uterus which was causing the pain as well. And....I know PMS does affect the way you eat. I think I survive on caramel, white chocolate and sweet cereal the week before my period. Good luck. Emma PMS Does anyone else hear get severe pms? Guest guest
For me it's butter croissants and bagels. Carb-o-rama! Thanks for the advice! I need to find a new doc, since we've moved. I should probably do that soon, lol! Take care! > > Hey, > > I did have severe PMS and my doctor has me taking Ultram for it, as well as taking up to 9 vitamins a day (notably calcium & magnesium which my doctor also has me on).
