Guest guest
Kathy.M..sounds so cute! I think the Christmas tree could just have white " clouds " , don't you? No need to color the cauliflower then! K in MI 275/245/160 since 11/9/00As a matter of fact here is a really cute " recipe " to take: Put some sort of white dip in a pan/dish (9X 13 or what ever size meets the need... I use a BIG sheet cake pan) Use broccoli florrets to shape a christmas tree, with cerely " chunks " to make the trunk. Use very small grape tomatos for the tree decorations. Dip cauliflower in different colors of food coloring to make presents for under the tree, and fill in the sky part with blue cauliflower. It really is very easy. The hardest part is coloring the cauliflower!
Guest guest
I love this cheescake recipe..4 carbs per serving.. Enjoy New York Style cheesecake Ingredients: 1 cup almond flour 6 Tbsp Splenda® 4 Tbsp butter - melted 5 (8-oz) pkgs Philadelphia® Cream Cheese, softened 1 1/2 Cup Splenda® 1 Tbsp. Flour 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract 3 eggs 1 cup sour cream Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix the first three ingredients and then press into bottom of springform pan. Mix cream cheese, Splenda, flour and vanilla with an electric mixer until blended. Add eggs one at a time, mixing on low after each, just until blended. Blend in sour cream and pour over crust. Bake 1 hour and 5 minutes to 1 hour and 10 minutes or until center is almost set. Run knife around the rim of the pan to loosen cake and allow to cool before removing the springform pan ring. Refrigerate overnight. Serves 12. 4 carbs per serving.
Guest guest
If you like green beans, garlic green beans would be great to take. Just saute a couple cloves of garlic in about a tablespoon of butter. Add green beans (I do a quart). When the green beans are heated through, sprinkle on some shredded cheddar. I found this recip online somewhere and it's always been a big hit. Or you could take some lowcarb appetizers and fill up on them before your meal, things like deviled eggs, a cheese tray, a veggie tray. Last weekend I had the blt bites that was going through some groups, not sure if it showed up on this group or not. Just hollow out some cherry tomatoes and fill with crumbled bacon and sour cream.
