Behavioral and Sensory Integrative Difficulties in Children-

Problem Identification and Intervention

Children with autism and pervasive developmental disorders often exhibit behavioral issues. These behaviors are frequently rooted in sensory processing dysfunction. This workshop will provide participants with an understanding of typical sensory processing dysfunctions and the behaviors that accompany them. Participants will learn a system for analyzing problematic behaviors and designing programs to address the underlying sensory, motor and behavioral issues.
