I have a client interested in gaining weight (30#s) and plans to restart

exercising and weight lifting. He is a small framed guy. Can anyone suggest

a few supplements (whey protein mixes, bars, meal replenishment etc) to add

to his overall daily calorie needs? He wants to have access to quick items

and not spend lots of money on them.
