Dear ,

I don't like cheese cake. That's my loss, but I wanted to say how nicely the

recipe you sent was formatted. It would be very easy to use if I were going

to make it.

I'm hoping you'll send us more recipes.

Also, your closing thought is touching and literally uplifting.
