Guest guest
: They asked my husband to have his sperm checked as well and when I explained that I had Asherman's as was here for treatment of that we cancelled the sperm check and my RE was fine with that. I've had to explain to just about every nurse I see that we are not there for " unexplained " infertility but for Asherman's (and then I often have to explain what Asherman's is) so you may experience the same thing. My husband has now done a sperm test as we are hoping to start IVF if I EVER get my period (more on that in my next post) but until we decided to try IVF his sperm count wasn't ever at issue, getting me an open uterus was! It was pretty funny to as the nurse explained that if my husband had " stage fright " and had a hard time producing a sperm sample that I could go and " help him " but warned me that I couldn't contaminate the sample in any way with any of my body fluids.....very embarassing conversation to have!
