Ghee and GFCF diet

Hello

I am wondering if anyone knows if ghee is safe to use on the GFCF diet? From my research I have found that organic ghee purchased from a health food store should be safe as it is pure but other forms of ghee can have vegetable oils etc. added. Ghee, I think, is derived from milk but has all the milk protein removed during the process of being made and is, therefore, casein free? Any help much appreciated as always!

Hi,

I had never heard of ghee. What do you do with it?

Thanks,

Jen

Ghee is 100% certified organic clarified
