If there is another form you prefer, I am all ears =) Is it safe to take L-Carnitine with it? You'll see why in a minute why I always say there is rarely a simple question. When I see AA I think of omega fatty acids. When I think of alpha lipoic acid I think of R-ALA (R-alpha lipoic acid). This is the only type people should be taking. Also, the dose should be 300mg or more. Why are you taking l-carnitine?
