I hope your kids don't have RA and that maybe they are just growing pains or

something.

Sorry to hear about your lung pain hope the antibiotics help.

It has been hectic to say the least. My GP doc put me on antibiotics

for the lung pain. The chest and rib x-ray came back negative, so

this is good news, but I still have the pain, lol I go for the

ultrasound for the uterus tomorrow, will be glad that is over. Then

I'll return to the GP, what fun:( My youngest daughter(12) went to

the doctor last week, with a sinus infection. I talked to the doctor

about her pain in her joints, especially in her knees. So, they run

some tests, and we go back Wed. She's been tested before for JRA, so

I pray, everything comes out normal. My oldest daughter complains of

stiffness and pain all the time, but I can't get her to see a doctor

about it. She's grown, so not much I can do there. I'm sorry I

haven't been posting, just have been too sick. I try to read all the

messages though, and keep everyone in my prayers. Gentle hugs to all,

I am so glad to hear from you and I am keeping you in my prayers hon. Let us

know what your doc says - and I am also praying the test come out normal for

your 12 year old. But, it is very good of you to get her tested!

Even though you haven't posted, you have been in my thoughts and prayers....

Love you hon!

Tawny,

I hope they'll figure out what is going on with you and that your daughter

does not have JRA or another serious condition.

Hang in there,

Honey, I will be praying for better days. My two oldest girls are

having those kind of symptoms too, I know you would rather God give

it to you than your babies. Let us know when you get a report.

Hi,

Can I ask if there's a specific (definitive) test for JRA? I've had RA for

5 years, and every time one of my kids (ages 2,6,10,13) complains of a joint

pain, I get scared for them. My husband asked me a long time ago if the

kids could get tested... So that's why I'm curious. Thanks.

Patty,

There is no one test that can be used to definitively diagnose JRA.
