Guest guest
I am making baked jalapeno poppers, and moose nachos. That's it, he gets them at half time. Other then that he can have root beer and ice tea. ON top of that I don't make dinner on that day he may get popcorn later on. I don't need that I can't believe I ate the whole thing upset stomach from him. For me it's a major sewing day, this year I am making a simple unlined vest and may be I will work on that RD Web course I bought. A group of us wives drew the line years ago, no more food fest, you watch the game not eat yourself numb. It took a couple seasons but now it is a given. Air squats and jumping can help burn off some of those extra calories (and decrease blood clots from sitting too long). Challenge your friends to pushup or situp competitions during commercials. Use individual serving bowls & plates instead of putting out the bag or a big bowl (cuts down on mindless eating). Lots of fizzy water inbetween the sodas/beers.
