I highly recommend the Samsung Omnia.  Has all that you are looking for;

Windows Mobile platform and many apps available FREE, inaddition to those you

list below.  Its is a cell phone PDA, but the phone can easily be turned off

for use as simply a PDA.  I am lost without my Omnia!

Time to replace my PDA

Hello to all:

It is now time to replace my PDA - my Palm T/X is worn out and had some

eccentricities to start with - ON/OFF switch repaired twice and now having

problems again. I need your help and suggestions about what to purchase.

Here is what I need from a PDA:

1. Task Lists/Daily for schedules and multiple recurring items - I

have some things scheduled on my task list 3 years in advance, other things

that repeat weekly, monthly, etc in mine Task List

2. Some kind of Memo / Storage area to keep track of Accounts/User

Names/ETC

3. Contact Information - Addresses, etc

4. A few games (to do on planes and in airports, etc)

5. Calculator

6. Be able20to download and use software for Nutrition Assessments,

Drug/Nutrient Interaction, Epocrates Drugs, other Nutrition/Medically related

software

Since it is a work tool I do not want my cell phone and my PDA in the same

unit. Also I really do not need a hand held true computer but I might

consider one if it can do all of the above and fit in a purse or briefcase and

has a long lasting battery.

Sounds like I need a lot for one item but I would appreciate your

suggestions and comments.

Also take a look at the Palm Pre. It shpuld give the iPhone a run for

the money. The iPhone can't run Windows software (in case you use

anything like that on your current PDA).
