We eat organic when I can afford it. I always buy organic eggs, milk and

beef.

Half of the produce I buy is organic. It is extremely expensive. (One dozen

organic, free range eggs are 4.00 a dozen)

The catch with organic is that the nutrition of the food may not be any

better

than conventially grown products. Our soil is stripped of most of it's

nutrients.

This is why I believe in supplements. Organic beef is only good if the cow is

grass fed, not corn or grain fed. Grain is not a cow's natural food.

From what I understand most organic meat is processed in the same packing

plant

as conventional meat.

A healthy diet and a healthy gut are the springboard of wellness.

All the hormones, supplements, and organic food in the world

do not make up for a diet laden with sugar, chemicals, and toxins.

That is also another reason why I wont use premarin if the need

arises. What those mares go through and their unwanted foals.
