Guest guest
Hi Janie, Could be I need to increase, I've been at 3 grains well over a month now. I guess I have been hesitating to increase it past 3 grains as I doubt I will ever get a doc to prescribe even that much, - well enough more. Still it is most important to feel good each day. Did your temperature also go to 98.6 on the right amount of Thyroid hormone? Mine goes up to that but average is still around 98.1. Onward and upward:-)) Peace, Love and Harmony, Bev Thyroid-Adrenal Connection: Information and Resources http://www.bestweb.net/~om/thyroid >>>Bev, you still may not be on your optimal dose of Armour! When I finally got there, a big clue was that what normally caused me to gain weight, ceased!! I maintain my weight, and that started last December! YEEHAW!!!! Guest guest
I confess that I haven't been monitoring my temps. I simply dosed by symptoms--hair falling out, hard stools and low metabolism. But I do note that I am warm now--no problem with coldness at all. I can stand to keep my house and store in the 60's with no problem!! ONWARD and UPWARD!!
