Guest guest
Bev, I have no doubt that you are right. There have been things happen to me, knowledge about others that was later confirmed. I wish that it happened more often ya know? I firmly trust my children's instincts about people. If they don't like them for some reason (especially at a young age or as an infant) I listen to that and make a note of it. I wonder how this would change our lives if we were just more attentive to it? Guest guest
>Little by little we can learn to let our intuition (inner teacher) >be our guide....Probably an excellent way to dose thyroid meds or any other meds, as well as supplements, foods, life itself. Bev, nothing could have words been spoken so well. Ah the times my inner self told me this or that---I heard, and I did not let it lie. Which is why I am where I am today!! Listen, listen. Guest guest
> Just got off the phone with a friend,we got to talking about the medical profession(or lack of) and of course the Thyroid came up.About 3 year's ago I told her that her neck looked swollen, she finally went to see her Dr,who did tests and said she had nodules on her thyroid and sent her to a specialist who looked at the test and her neck and told her this was " normal " for her and sent her back to her pcd and of course nothing was done. I talked her into(today) calling and getting copies of her test's and we'll go from there.ARGGGGG!! I talked to her quite awhile about the thyroid and then told her that you guys would be proud of me,I remembered so much without having to refer to notes or thing's I've saved. Can't believe it myself! Maybe my " brainfog " is getting better, you think? I'm even proud of me!! > Shirley wonderful, Shirley - I guess when it comes to helping out another person, everything we know kind of kicks in and supports us. It helps SO MUCH to have an advocate to see you thru the mess when you are trying to get diagnosed and treated for thyroid. I'm sure she appreciates you!! diana

Guest guest
Yes, it's your official new Thryo name--ThyroProud. You can use it in your advocacy!! We don't give those names out lightly either. You have to earn it, and you did!! Janie aka ThyroDiva > Janie, > I tried to answer this when I first got it,could'nt see the keyboard because of tears!
