Guest guest
Dear FORUM, Reg: Counselling client satisfaction survey (CSS) A copy of CSS follows this message. The CSS survey is a good method of accessing our services. However, this may be done in ways that are non-threatening for client as well as counsellor maintaining anonymity is crucial Administration of the survey must be ethical (Conducting this survey just after a positive result is not ethical practice) (Certain questions like " reasons for visiting the ICTC " if, asked by a stranger may be very threatening for the patient and is also breach of confidentiality) The questions must be short and simple. We need answers for such questions in order to know what the patient is coming for to the ICTC. This client satisfaction form may be filled by the client himself/ herself. CSS formats may be kept outside the center and clients may pick this up and drop it in a box kept nearby or send it directly to you if you print your address on a stamped inland letter with the CSS printed on it. I have made a list of questions which maybe useful to you. Here ICTC or the integrated counselling and testing center means the same as the VCTC and my questions are more to access the counselling services.
