Guest guest Posted June 3, 2004 Report Share Posted June 3, 2004 2-3 Cups Frozen Green Beans (Trader Joe's Whole French are WONDERFUL) 1 TBS Peanut butter - your choice 1 tsp soy sauce (or to taste) 1 TBS Smart Balance Spread 1/4 tsp onion powder 1/4 tsp garlic powder Optional 1/4 tsp Mexican Chili Powder for a 'spicy' version Microwave the green beans on hi for about 3 minutes. Mix remaining ingredients and microwave for about 30 seconds & stir together Pour this mixture over the green beans and micro again for 1 minute or so if desired. We have made this for years - and it is relatively SBD friendly. In any case we have been eating it about once a week and have continued to loose weight at an acceptable pace.
