Guest guest
Yes, I know 37 is not too old to have kids (my mom was 39 when I was born). But given health concerns and other issues, it isn't likely that I will. I live in the Seattle area (WA), but given the amount of pain I am in now, I am very reluctant to go through trying to find a new doctor, get an appointment, then get the procedure scheduled. Another six weeks or so would just not be tolerable for me (or my employer). And no, I can't finance the surgery in any other manner than the insurance because I already took 2 months off without pay while my mother was dying. And am looking at having to do so again for whatever time I have to take off for this. The insurance will pay for a second opinion - but this doctor was my second opinion. But I appreciate the input. If you want, I can let you know how she is. I know that you can't get another opinion on this topic but maybe she'd be good for after the surgery.
