Guest guest
Dar, Harry is right. I would bet you could get the One Touch even cheaper than dealing through Maxi-Aids. I've never seen Maxi-Aids sell things at " normal " price, it's always high there. And they don't have anything that you can't get elsewhere. Guest guest
Actually, sometimes you can get the meter free with copouns. They make their money on the strips. Guest guest
I just got the talking pedometer for $10.95 and a digital escale for $37.95. Not bad Victor Ð@- Re: one touch altra > > Dar, > > Harry is right. I would bet you could get the One Touch even cheaper than > dealing through Maxi-Aids. Guest guest
I have been diabetic for almost forty years and the only meter I have paid for is the first one. forty years ago it was three hundred and fifty dollars and my mother purchased it for me. since then they have always been offered free of charge. they get you with the expensive strips. the last offer I received a meter that will take a blood sugar using the arm. they offer the first fifty dollars on strips free if you purchase a large quantity. I chose not to use it because it is not for the blind and does not have any way of talking to date. and I am told the results are out by twenty percent. it matters not if it cant talk it is of no use to me. from Canada Re: one touch altra > > >> >> Dar, >> >> Harry is right.
