I cut one in half and put the other back into the freezer then I took the other half and cut in half again and used that for my hamburger bun. Im not sure if it was just me going through fastfood withdrawal but it tasted great! You also said that after eating your cereal you are finding yourself hungry. Are you having anything else with this meal fruit, v8 etc? If you are and still finding yourself hungry try having something else for breakie. Some people find that they cannot eat carbs for either breakfast or lunch but do fine with them at supper time. Try switching things up a bit and experiment with different choices at different times.
