My ferritin was Aug 44 and Oct 46. He wants it at 70. I want to supplement but

think it is very constipating for me. I can't go now.

I will get the Floridix. I currently take Mag Oxide (Colosan), 6 fish oil daily,

have tried herbals, prunes, etc. to no avail. This constipation is a major issue

for me. My hubby and take 1 magnesium and get big action, I take 4-6 and nothing

happens?????

Try the natural calm powder that you mix with hot water. If it works on me, it

Hi Frannie, I just thought I would give you a different avenue to look into for

your constipation. I've yet to take anything as good as Shaklee's supplements

for constipation. IF it doesn't help you nothing will. It is called Herb Lax.
