Guest guest
You can read an excellent chapter on fructose by an RD and MD in our book Pediatric Nutrition in Chronic Diseases in Developmental Disorders from a med library or from _www.oup.com/us_ (http://www.oup.com/us) with promotion code for discount of 72.25. We also have a self study/ workbook to go with it, which is ADA approved for 35 CPEU's until 2015 for less that 3 dollars per credit hour, Just send email to _ekvallr@..._ (mailto:ekvallr@...) or _shirley.ekvall@..._ (mailto:shirley.ekvall@...) if interested.
