Guest guest
How about a big, thick juicy steak cooked to your order. I like mine Pittsburg style, which happens to be almost burned on the outside and almost raw in the middle. After cooking add a little salt and pepper to suit your taste. Eat as much as you like. After all it is only 1 carb.

Guest guest
Ice cream information. Crystal looked through the Wal-Mart selection of ice cream and found some interesting things. It all started when she saw an ad in the newspaper which claimed Carb Freedom ice cream with only 2 net carbs. She thought she had seen this in the store and it had a whole lot more total carbs so she took a look when she got to work. Carb Freedom bars have 12 total carbs. Sweet Freedom has 11 total carbs per bar. Health Smart bars have 10 total carbs and these do have a good taste according to Crystal. Back to the Carb Freedom bars, they claim 5 net carbs on the particular box she looked at. they also list 6 carbs of sugar alcohol. I have no idea how all this relates to the total carb count but I will go with her tomorrow and jot down the real skinney. AS I recal, Atkins bars had 9 total carbs. Now that you have a nice collection of useless information have a great day... Cy, the Ancient okie... Re: something low carb, I like How about a big, thick juicy steak cooked to your order. Guest guest
Harry, How do you keep those pork rinds fresh? When I get them from the store in the bag they get quite stale after being opened. I happen to really like them and I didn't realize you could get them in the barrel at Sams. Well, this may be a special item for those folks who live in georga and also eat grits? (LOL) Cy, the Ancient Okie... something low carb, I like If you ever get the munchies for something salty and chrispy, and crunchy try pork rinds. I buy them by the barrel from Sams at around $10 or $11 per barrel. I like to eat them with a diet Coke, which also has no carbs. Eat all you like, since they contain no carbs. It does contain some protein and fat, but I don't remember how much. I like the flavor, but I had better not say much about how they smell. Guest guest
pork rines don't have any carbs they say. but I am afraid of what they will do to the waste line. Guest guest
But I also love pig skins as they used to be called. and I have eaten several jars of them from Sam's. they are inexpensive, and they tend to fill you up. but it something is good and doesn't have any carbs. I usually eat the whole barrel or jar in one week. but I don't go to sam's too often. and sometimes I am just not in the mood for pig skins. Guest guest
That is a nice touch. I love flower arrangements. I have made thousands of them. My undergraduate degree was in agriculture, and my major was horticulture-floraculture.
