I've been on SBD phase I for 2 weeks, phase II for 5 weeks and last week went back to phase I just because I wanted to--believe it or not, I'm really happy with the variety of allowed foods in phase I. And I can't believe I haven't had a craving for anything since the 3rd day! For the past year or so, I've been using a low-calorie soy pasta that I really like. But I'm wondering if it is allowed on SBD-- in addition to other things, it has " wheat gluten " and " durum wheat semolina. " The other stuff I know is okay, but what about these two ingredients?
