CDC Plus allows individuals with disabilities to choose their services, set the providers' schedules, and judge the outcomes. This results in a better quality of life based on consumer choice. Some lawmakers are questioning whether CDC Plus is the best way to provide services, and the future of CDC Plus is uncertain.
