I have tried raising by one grain and I think it does help keep you

warmer and slightly more awake. but not sure about the dry skin..I

personally operate a dry skin factory except on my face. LOL

Hi , I raise my meds in the cold ONLY if I start having symptoms of fatigue,

pain, foggy, anxious etc....I don't think that upping your dose will help your

dry skin. Vitamin E is excellent for that. You take the chance of putting

yourself into hypo by increasing you meds if you really don't need too. You

should only gauge increases of your meds on two things...how you feel and your

body temp. A perfect 98.0 basal temp is where you need to be at. If your body

temp consistantly stays there, then you have the correct amount of armour. : )

HOw much armour are you on? If you are still experiencing these symptoms you

probably do need to increase. I increased one time and it sent me over the

edge. Ended up in the hospital having a panic attack that lasted over 40

minutes. I thought I was going to die. Couldn't breath...all they could say

was " this happens all the time " Here is some adivan. The adivan made me

absolutely like a zombie. AFter much searching and asking questions I realized

what I had done. It was a life altering experience. I was afraid to do

anything..and one thing was to go to sleep as that is where I was when I awoke,

gasping for breath and feeling like I was going to die. I just wanted to make

sure you don't do that to yourself. It is easier to do than most think.

But now knowing that you are still cold and exhausted...yes increase and try

increasing by 60mg's / 1 grain....and see what happens.

I am only increasing 15 mg which I believe is 1/4 grain. He added 15 2 weeks

ago. So that makes my increase 1/2 a grain total!
