Hi ,

I'm a big fan of the Ezekiel bread from " Food for Life " company. In my opinion

it is even better than most 100% whole wheat breads because it is made out of

the sprouted grains, not out of flour. The way I like to eat it is toated. It is

a good source of fiber and keeps me pretty saciated until the next meal. I'm

sending the link so you can check it this product would be available in your

area. http://www.foodforlife.com/sprouted-grain-difference/ezekiel-4-9.html. It

needs to be refrigerated. If you don't find it in your area, Trader Joes also

carries their own sprouted breads. I hope that helps.

Subject: bread that's just... bread?

Hello All,

I'm having a hard time finding bread (toast) on supermarket shelves that doesn't

have sugar, corn syrup, artificial sweetener, and other crap in it.  Does

any know of any good brands that are readily available?

Also, I've been telling my clients based on what I've learned back in my

introductory nutrition course in college to choose 100% whole wheat bread over

all the " grain " breads out there because of increased fiber, vitamins, and

minerals.  Is this still the case?

Thanks!
