X Post Phase 2 Meal Guidelines

Here's the layout for Phase 2 from the sbd website:

Breakfast: Protein-unlimited; Veggies-min. 1/2 cup; Fruit-1 serving allowed

daily (with this meal or other). Gradually increase to 3 total servings for

the day. Starch-1 starch serving allowed daily (with this meal or other).

Gradually increase to 2 or 3 total servings for the day. Milk/Dairy-2 cups

allowed daily (including yogurt); Fat 1 tsp

Lunch: Protein-unlimited; Veggies-min. 2 cups; Fruit-see Breakfast;

Starch-see Breakfast; Milk-see Breakfast; Fat 1 Tbsp.

Dinner: Protein-unlimited; Veggies-min. 2 cups; Fruit-see Breakfast;

Starch-see Breakfast; Milk-see Breakfast; Fat 1 Tbsp

Snacks & Dessert: Snacks & desserts are optional. Choose a protein, veggie,

fat-free plain yogurt, artificially non-fat flavored yogurt, nuts/seeds, or

a Sweet Treat. (Really?? They're optional during Phase 2?? I thought they

were mandatory!!)
