I was sent the following link yonks ago, but I never had time to read it. However, today I have done just that - it is long, but very informative and there is lots there about all the different thyroid hormones and what their exact role is. It is very easy to understand because it has been researched by a lady who is hypothyroiod herself. You may already have seen this however. She's been there - done that - and definitely worn the T-shirt.!!
