I just wanted to say that I e-mailed a question to Medic-Alert and they

called me less than 5 minutes later to answer my questions for me. Now

that is prompt! I can only imagine that they would be able to give

info to medical personnel even quicker when needed! I will be ordering

leter this evening when I get the kids to bed and can organise my

thoughts to put only absolutely the most important info on the tag.

They have bracelets, sports bands, pendants and dog-tags. And the

prices aren't to bad either. I like the option of being able to keep

vital medical info there, since it takes quite a bit of time for the

doctors office to track down any records medical personnel would need,

and that is only during office hours. And it will totally help my kids

deal with substitute teachers/caregivers.

God bless,

My daughter also started kindergarten this year. After a few accidents

with my daughter eating gluten/dairy given to her by my husband, I

taught her not to accept anything from any adult (except me)

before checking if it is safe.....I am thinking

of getting her a bracelet in case she gets a substitute who won't

listen

to her. Thank you to whoever mentioned they did this. It is a

wonderful idea. :-)
