I think myfitnesspal.com has phone apps. I've been using their site online for a

month now. Large database (you can add to it as well as create your own " foods "

or " meals " if you have common combination). Don't think the exercise part

understands the intensity of Crossfit but I'm okay with underestimation of my

output.

Good morning,

are there phone apps (iphone or android) that you recommend for following diet

and exercise? I found that there are many - but would like to know if there are

any specific that you think are better than others.
