Guest guest
I think myfitnesspal.com has phone apps. I've been using their site online for a month now. Large database (you can add to it as well as create your own " foods " or " meals " if you have common combination). Don't think the exercise part understands the intensity of Crossfit but I'm okay with underestimation of my output. I found that there are many - but would like to know if there are any specific that you think are better than others. thanks Debra Debra Boardley, PhD,RD University of Toledo Dept of Public Health and Preventive Medicine 419 530-2433
