What happend to NACO Website | Access issues?

Dear colleagues,

I am in Canada and for some time now have been unable to access the

NACO website (www.nacoonline.org and http://www.naco.nic.in).

I had it saved as a favorite in my browser and it always worked. I thought

perhaps NACO had changed their website so I searched it on Google and still

couldn't access the site. For those of you elsewhere in the world and in India,

have you been able to access the NACO website or noticed the same problems?

I know of at least two other people who are having similar problems

with the site now and was curious as to how widespread a problem this

was.
