The word " soon " is always present in these announcements. There were

announcements made in March of 2005 that were practically identical.

Yet, 18 months have passed and the medications are still not available.

Dear Forum:

Fixed Dose Combination (FDC) ARVs for children are available in Govt Hospitals!

And there are a lot of efforts at the level of the JJ hosp to include children

in their cohort. The government is the only provider of FDC syrups for children,

for the moment.

Otherwise, tablets have to be crushed (not hygienic) by the health staff from

some NGOs in Mumbai. We have to be informed before talk.
