Maggie. Sorry, I have not had this with my bladder. I usually get the opp

problem. I feel like someone is stepping on my bladder or squashing it, and

I have to GO!

Even with a cath, I still always felt like I had to bear down to pee.

As for the twitch, I do get that. I seem to always get this in my right eye.

I get it in my right hand at times, but not often. It is the eye that

bothers me. Not only does it just feel strange, but I have looke in the

mirror and you can see it too.

Thing is , have not a clue why this happens. It sounds like a spasming

nerve, but I am not sure by any means.

Hope someone else has some answers for yuo. I tend to not bring up eveything

to the MDs as I have other things that are worse then this.

Now you have me curious though.

Love, Normi

I get muscle jerking all night it will startle me out of a sound sleep, sometimes my whole body jerks and I wake feeling like I am falling, mostly when I let myself relax at bed time or am sleeping is so strange and hard to describe, and I hate the startle effect it has, I never know when its coming and it just as well jump out at me in the dark from a closet, thats how startled I get. Is so strange I dont tell many people about it they will think I am bonkers, they probably already do but I dont want to add to it. lol

Take care

Maggie. Isn't that eye twitch annoying. I hate looking right at anyone when

it happens. It seems to happen for days on end, then is gone like nothing

out of the ordinary. I do not get this really often though, " KNOCKING ON

WOOD " .

I have just never asked about it, and I am thinking it is also probably it

is not happening at the time, and does not happen so often.

I will have to ask this one day though.

I think low grade chronic fever can go with lupus.

Before I was dx, I went to the doc every month and said, " I have the damned

flu again " .

My doc finally said, no one gets the flu like this. The nurse noticed that I

had a constant fever every time I came in there. She sat and went back

through all my office visits. Not all so long after that, I was dx.

The factor that got it all moving was the synnovial cysts in my finger

joints. I told the doc, I have these pea things in my hands, and they hurt

like all hell. She felt them and said OMG! It was a light going on, I never

checked for you having RA or autoimmune disease. It suddenly started adding

up for her, chronic fevers, hairloss, pain, fatiuque, bruises, mouth sore

and nasal too, skin problems, etc.....

SHe ran the panel, and next thing is I am going to a rheumy.

I am not sure about the twitching, and how many people have that.

I do not have red hair, my natural color is a very dark brown. My dad always

called it midnight brown. It was kind of between dark brown and verging on

black. Now, I do have red in my hair, but it is not natural , just out of a

box. lol.....

I did notice that many people in this group are redheads though. That is

interesting, isn;t it?

I will eventually bring up some smaller issues with my MD. It is just now,

we are trying to get all my stuff out on the table. I am seeing him every 4

weeks right now. He is still awaiting many records from CA at this point ,

besides the ton I brought in with me.

He is more concerned right now with my colon and seeing a rheumy and also a

GI. He wants to get into all this stuff before other things.

I know all about those tests. Benn there and done that. I paid my dues...

yuck.

>nothing cause I don't want them to put me through any diagnostic

>testing LOL. I swear, the tests are worse than the actual illness.

Trust me she's bonkers, but it doesn't have anything to do with her muscle spasms. I get them to, must run in our family.
