For the past of couple of nights my dog has inisisted on sleeping right by my head! Which makes it impossible for me to get to sleep right away. The last time he did that was right after the car accident so I don't know if he's picking up a change in me. I'll try taking the meds right after I eat after I get home and see what that does. But it also helps rest the adrenals. My holistic doctors both recommend a micronized DHEA - by PURE ENCAPSULATIONS....I used to get it thru them, now I get it online at Vitanet - a site run by a chiropractor. It's more money than some, but the micronization makes it very useable. I've never used 7 - Keto - my docs said if the DHEA works for you, 7 -Keto is not necessary - to use that only if you have unwanted side effects from DHEA. But many do use the 7Keto and are happy with it.
