Of course, the Huntsville, AL is nothing like most typical southern towns. We have a very highly educated, diverse population in this area mostly because of the missile and space industry here. I've been to Greenville, SC once when my daughter was about 5 or 6 for a skating competition. (she's almost 21 now) It was a long drive but a pretty area. Of course, I think most of the south is pretty. W. Hospitals are only as good as the people who staff them. The one hospital in my town has a very bad reputation. I wouldn't go there if all I had was a splinter. All other hospitals are an hour plus away from me, so I hope I never have an emergency that I couldn't survive a long drive.
