I need 6-8 Isocort daily to feel its effects..no less than 6...and I

do need 2-3 doses to continue that effect throughout the day..I feel

they do " wear off " ...probably within about 4-5 hours. But what I

have noticed is that a dose of 2 works or 3 seems slightly better,

but I need that second (or sometimes 3rd dose) in a day....very

subjective...LOL...since I go by my feelings more than my mind, I'm

not always easy to follow.....at first, 2 worked for me...but only

the first few days.

I am the same with the 6 tabs. If I take less, I notice. But I am

evaluating it all subjectively, too, and can't yet tell if it's

coincidence that I feel better, or the result of the Isocort. Unlike

anyone else here, I am simply using the isocort to see if it makes

an affect on my female hormonal feel-bads.
