Guest guest
Add something else ladies, I have low ferritin which causes low body temperature too! PEG--basal temps between men and women Peg, that is a good question. Generally, the question may be " yes " . When Broda came up with his recommendations for basal temps, he had tested around 1000 folks. And he did not specify that these 1000 were all women. They may have been mixed. But women can have higher temps due to hormonal fluctuations. That's why it is recommended for women to take their basal on the 2nd or 3rd day of the period. And actually, the normal range to look for is 97.8 - 98.2. It's when your basal temp is below 97.8 that you should be concerned. > Is 98 degrees for both men and women? > thanks. > Peg ------------------------------------------------------------------------------
