Guest guest
> So you think it is the adrenals that make us not do liquor like other people. I always say it is not how much in an hour, but how much that effects me. 4 glasses whether in 1 hour or 8 leaves me dead the whole next day! I don't know what is responsible for the alcohol intolerance . It's also not really a problem , as one can live without alcohol . It's just unpleasant on occasions of good meals like christmas or so . I have had difficulties to tolerate alcohol all my life . I could drink just one glass of wine , and also only in the evening when all I had to do afterwards was going to bed . But that was okay , I see no need to pour oneself full of alcohol anyways . I guess the alcohol problem may be connected to the size of blood vessels , like the migraines .... don't know . Would make sense . And that , yes , could be adrenal . I think of it just now that you ask . What I meant with my adrenals is that I think I figured out that the fluctuations are adrenal . The basic force is thyroid . What I can do on a good day is thyroid . If I had more thyroid in me , I could do more , but as I have few thyroid I can do only so and so much , very few . The thyroid quantity puts the limits somewhere . Now if I can reach my limits , or only half of it , or if I'm totally collapsed , ...... that is adrenal , and that changes from one minute to another ! Or as Dr. Jefferies says : " cortisol is a very dynamic hormone , it changes from one minute to another , even from one second to another . " These sudden collapses and ups and downs are adrenal . It makes a lot of sense . It's exactly consistent with what I experience . It seems to me that I unravel all my life backwards , finally understanding more and more what has allways been going on . My nausea and vomiting as a child . Later combined with migraine . The sudden ups and downs and malaises I allways had . I wonder what was there first , the thyroid or the adrenal problem ..... ?? The chicken and egg question . Last month I filled out the questionnaire . Answered to a question about appetite . Said that mine was fluctuating . Sometimes huge , sometimes none . Last month that ment nothing to me . Now it slowly starts to mean something .... this nausea-migraine-no appetite feeling ...... adrenal probably . The ups and downs . Yesterday I had a good moment in the day , but which lasted only maybe an hour or two . I suddenly had an incredible appetite , and I ate two complete meals one after the other ! I couldn't get enough . It was crazy . I also had more force at that moment . Later I felt allmost unconcious again and nausea . ne in France http://www.geocities.com/thyroide
