Guest guest Posted November 26, 2002 Report Share Posted November 26, 2002 hey guys, I have been reading all the posts lately but haven't really had much to say. today i am feeling good and positive so i thought i would share. as you all know i had made a comitment to myself for my dale carnegie course that i would do my treadmill every day for at least 5 min and see how it goes. well i would like to tell you about it. I started on friday the 15th for 10 min and have been doing it for the past week and a half and yesterday did 20 min. couldn't believe it. it still doesn't feel good but i do feel good about myself for doing it. i really hope it starts to get easier. i now have a wedding coming up in 4 months and i really need to lose weight. i want to look good at this wedding and buy a nice dress. foodwise i am not doing too good but not doing badly either - somewhere in the middle. I am now 217 and i would really like to be 190 for the wedding. i really hope that is possible. i am going to do my darndest to get there.
