I have a student who is mostly vegetarian who suffers from Crohn's who says that using soy protein helps her tremendously, but she has a family history of breast cancer and is not wanting to over-do it. Does anyone know of an " upper limit " of safety for soy protein for a client like this?? I am unsure how to advise her, since it is aiding her disease to use it. Thanks so much. J.
