i'm glad you're getting more focused and i am proud of you for this.

i think that is great that you are not going to settle. keep it up.

i am back up to 207 this week. but my clothes fit a little looser so

i'm assuming that it's muscle weight from the gym. anyways i feel

like i'm doing good. i'm getting fuller faster and eating a little

less but making sure i get the proper nutrients and calories, doing

great with water, going to go for a walk with the dog and the honey

tonight. and the gym tomorrow morning. i am very excited and gena

we can do this together, you ahve not lost out or lost track just got

sidetracked a tiny bit, you still excersized and you are going to

lose weight with me, we will do this together along with everyone

else. try to be thankful for what you have lost at least for today,

thanksgiving day. good luck.

have a good thanksgiving gail and gena your post was very

motivating.

> You will do it!!! Like you said you got comfortable but now you are

ready to do more so you will do it. You just gave me a boost

too...I've not been doing so good on the exercise (ok so none) but

I've still watched what I eat and this morning I was 215 but Sundays

weight could be different!!! Tomorrow my sister and I are joining the

gym - they are having a special (ends Saturday) to join with a friend

for $23/month..this is a really good deal b/c normally price is

$37/month for single so they are taking the couple rate and spliting

it in half!!!! I can't wait to go!!!! I need to get out of the

house...and I think that I'm going to buy some tan time too - not to

tan but for the lights (for the winter blues) and for relaxing

time...I tanned about 3 years ago and was always so relaxed I would

almost fall asleep!!! I have a friend that works at the gym too -

she just had a baby in May and was on bedrest for several months

before that but she looks great!!! I saw her in July and she was all

flabby - stomach, legs, arms but I saw her a few days ago (at the

gym) and I hate her!!!! I think she looks better now then she did

before she had the baby!!!!!!! But I will look good someday too!!!

Well I have to go to Kmart to buy a turkey basster (sp) for the

turkey and I'm going to buy a game for the girls and I to play today -

I think yatzee. Hope everyone enjoys today and then we will all get

back on track tomorrow!!!

I will. Thank you. I am glad I have lost what I have. I just feel like

I have been slacking for a year and it makes me mad. Since you and I

are at about the same size and weight, we can do this together. That

will really help keep me motivated. Hope you are having a good day.

Gena

Good for you on recommiting yourself. I recently did that as well.

Needless to say at least I broke my plateau, but my shape has

definately improved to say the least. I have been doing great work

with the weights, which has been my biggest help.

YOU CAN DO IT! We are all rooting for you.

Thanks Arlene,

Weights are my favorite thing but I do do them at least once or twice a

week. We can do this. I don't want to just be better. I want my belly

gone!
