where to find HTML computer information for websites?

I am working with a software developer and we want to find 'free'

information in order to write a specific program. Do you know of

downloadable product databases that we can incorporate into our software to

allow users to find their BMI, calorie needs, and diet nutrient analysis,

recipes, and a full listing of disease/nutrient definitions?
