Guest guest
Hi, I just wanted to post that I have felt the Armour Buzz. WOOOHOOO It has started about an hour after taking the meds and lasts a few minutes. I guess that is pretty normal. I think that I am starting to feel some more energy? My joints still hurt like crazy, and are stiff. And my emotions are not exactly stable. That will all change right? I have been on Armour now for three wks with an increase about 5 days ago. I am now taking 105 mg. (up from 60mg) So is that 1 3/4 grains? Does that makes sense? 45 mg in the mornings and 60 at night. I am thinking about splitting the night dose and taking half maybe about 3:00 in the afternoon. Okay, secondly.....I have read briefly on this board and others that there is a recommended diet for hypos. Where would I find that? Do the carb cravings have anything to do with being hypo? I need something real specific. Maybe not to lose weight just yet, but to just feel better. I am hoping in the next couple of months to start something to lose weight....am I being unrealistic? I just want everything to level out....and I am ever so patient about it! Yeah right! Thanks for the support here......Merry Christmas! Guest guest
Yep Yep, That is called a T3 rush that you are experiencing. It should only last a few minutes...if it becomes a problem lasting longer than say 5-10 minutes then you may be taking a little too much...your body must adjust. It has gone for a while without T3 and it needs it badly yet needs to just adjust at an even pace. I used to get shakey hands....lasting only a little bit. I love my Armour and wouldn't trade it for the world. You are on your way to complete health and I wish you the best!!!
