Guest guest
Hi Janie and EveryOne, First, before this year is over, I want to tell you that this list and the people who share their experiences and knowledge on it have been one of the most important things in my life this year. Thank you all so very much! Once I faced the fact that I needed more than nutrition and supplements to help with my thyroid I found exactly what I did need right here. I shall always be greatful to Janie for this list and to all who helped me with advice, sharing your stories, and just plain love. As you may have noticed I have an extremely curious nature so I wanted to try Cortef to see if it helped me more than Isocort. At least I would know what I was taking:-)) I did feel a certain steadiness on it but it seems to make me nauseous so after trying it twice: once in the afternoon and once in the morning I went back to all Isocort. I will try the Cortef once again after a few weeks when I am sure my stomach is completely OK again. In the meantime today I took 3 Isocort in the am and 2 around 2 pm. Tomorrow I may try four and two. It seems to help.... I feel great today. Just wish I knew how much Cortisol is in Isocort. Maybe I'll try taking most of my Armour more toward the morning too. I would prefer to be more awake in the morning and less in the middle of the night:-)) Last night I took 3mg. timed release Melatonin and it helped too. I like taking a bit of Armour when I go to bed, so will keep tweaking to find the best pattern. Happy and Healthy New Year EveryOne! Sounds potentially interesting. Janie
